Apply Document Merge to a Deal (Automation)



Automate document merging and creation

To automatically create new merged documents when deal reaches certain workflow stage go to Settings > Workflows > Open Workflow. As with all other automation options - choose a stage you want to create merged document and press orange Automate button. From dropdown menu select template you want to use. After that automation will be set and every deal that reaches that stage will get new documents merged.
