Creating and managing external notifications (email and sms)?
To create notification templates go to Settings > External notifications (1.). Press “+ADD NEW” (2.). Choose type (3.) (E-mail or SMS), insert template name and content. Use “Insert value” options to personalize messages. Press “Save” when done.

When your templates are created you need to automate. To set up when they will be used and automate them go to Settings > Workflows as explained. Click on the workflow where you want to apply them, and then select the stage where you want to place them. Press on orange automation button at that stage and choose created template from drop-down list. Changes will apply automatically and when deal reaches that stage external notifications will be sent. NOTE: You got to have enabled SMS usage (Settings > Connect) if you want to send SMS to clients.
