First home buyer
In order to get correct amount for First Home Owner Grant, make sure you have populated following fields:
- Security address (please double check ‘state’ and ‘country’)
- Security value
- Transaction type
- Ownership type
- Property status
- First home buyer box should be ticked in funding worksheet
Note: each state has its own security value limit. If value is above this limit, FHOG is not applicable and the field will show $0. You can check limits on this website: www.fhba.com.au
