Stamp duty calculation
In order to get correct stump duty calculation, you need to fill in next mandatory fields:
- In the Security address section, make sure to include postal code, state, country, security value (see this article for adding security address).
- In the funding worksheet, you need to fill in the next mandatory fields:
Transaction type;
Security value;
Property status;
Ownership type;
FHOG (tick if applicable)
and Loan amount.
*Note: For ACT territory properties, income and number of dependents are also mandatory.
Once filled in, stamp duty will be automatically calculated and displayed.
