How to setup and use Call scripts?

To set up Call scripts go to Settings - Call scripts (in left sidebar among “Templates” options). Press “+ADD NEW” button in top right corner. Insert name of the script and script text in popup window and then hit “Save”.

You can view and edit all your Call scripts in settings. To delete them, highlight check box of unwanted script and go to “Actions - Delete”.

How to use Call Scripts. Your scripts will be available to you when you are making phone calls. Open chat in bottom right corner and select phone. Under “SCRIPTS” part of the window you will see all your available scripts you can open and read them while you are making call.
