Using Connect to send SMS

To send SMS in Salestrekker open Connect center (button in main menu) and choose SMS. You can type number in or use built in dial pad. Number should be formatted like this: 61490265783 (country code without "+" and without 0 behind it). You can click on contact's phone number and choose option "Send SMS" and it will pop-up Connect center automatically with correctly formatted number.

Saving SMS message in deal as note. Send SMS message from chat. Bellow message a green button “ADD TO DEAL” will appear. Click on it. Select desired workflow and then choose wanted deal and hit “Save”.
