Using search functionality

Search function can look up for deals and contacts in Salestrekker one of the using the following:

• Contact full name and/or full surname
• Contact full phone number
• Contact full email address
• Deal reference number

Search function does not work on part names, phone numbers or email addresses.

Search function cannot find ApplyOnline or LoanApp files or search for deals using bank reference numbers.

To search for a deal or contact, simply type one of the acceptable search criteria in the search box (top left corner of the screen) and press 'Return/Enter' on your keyboard.
